RECOMENDATION

 

Because it is scientifically proven to be completely safe, there is no prescribed method of use and dosage. Depending on desired result and activity levels of the consumer, there are some recommended guidelines for usage:

 

      AS A SPORTS/EXERCISE SUPPLEMENT – TO INCREASE PERFORMANCE
For low activity levels (i.e. walking 3 – 5 times a week) - 1 sachet daily
For moderate activity levels (i.e. sport, gym 3 times a week) - 1 sachet before and after exercise on exercise days, 1 sachet daily on non-exercise days
For high activity levels (i.e. sport, gym more than 3 times a week) - 1 sachet in the morning, 1 sachet before exercise and 1 sachet after exercise on exercise days, 1 sachet in the morning, 1 in midday on non-exercise days.
 
                                    AS A GENERAL ANTIOXIDANT – TO IMPROVE HEALTH:
1 - 2 sachets daily (for adults over 30 years old, 2 sachets are recommended) for persons over 50 years old there is no upper limit.
